Shipping Policy:
Shipping: Due to the high demand for all things air-gun related coupled with COVID related delays, you may experience a delay in shipping. That said, most of our air-guns ship in 1-3 days (excluding holidays and weekends). In the event, your order is not in stock at the time of purchase a Central Florida Airguns’ representative will contact you within 24 hours of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends) or you may call us, prior to purchase @ (386) 290-2808 for shipping and delivery dates. Once the item is purchased, there are no refunds unless the item has been discontinued. If the item has been discontinued any PayPal purchase fees or credit card fees will be deducted from your purchase debit amount.
Refund Policy:
Warranties: All of our air-guns come with manufacturer warranties. The warranty period and definition of warrantied items vary with the manufacturer. Regardless of the brand of air-gun, if your air-gun is defective from the factory or there are any factory defects, your air-gun will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you during the coverage period specific to your air-guns’ manufacturers’ warranty. You will initially pay to ship the item back for warranty work, if the issue is the fault of the buyer, the buyer will pay for repairs and shipping both ways. If the defect is the fault of the manufacturer then the manufacturer will repair or replace it at no cost to the buyer and the manufacturer will pay for shipping.
