Air Rifles

While traditional firearms use a small explosion to propel a projectile (bullet) out of a barrel, PCP (Pre-Charged Pneumatic) Air Rifles use up to 4500psi of compressed air to force the ammunition (slug or pellet) out of the rifled barrel.

Not only do they come in a variety of power plants, but they come in a range of calibers extending from the small .177 to powerful big bores in .457, .50, and .72 caliber. You can see why people love airguns, which have become more popular each year.

Benefits of Air Rifles:

  • Accuracy – many air rifles deliver sufficient accuracy for plinking, target shooting, hunting and pest control from 10 to 50 yards and beyond. Air Rifles deliver 0.04″ center-to-center accuracy at 10 meters; and air rifle field target competitors can routinely hit small targets at 50-100 yards.
  • Low shooting expense — a tin of 500 high-quality pellets costs a fraction of a similar quantity of firearm ammunition.
  • Quiet — these subsonic rifles generally offer a neighbor-friendly report.
  • Convenience – air guns are completely legal to shoot in many areas where firearms are forbidden. You don’t have to drive to a shooting range; you can practice in your own backyard or basement. All you need is a slug  or pellet trap.
  • High quality — adult precision air guns offer all the pride of ownership of any conventional firearm, and the fit, finish, and precision in some models is absolutely spectacular.
  • Power – large caliber air rifles (.25 caliber and up) use larger, heavier projectiles that can deliver sufficient power for taking game as large as coyotes, wild hogs, deer, and bison.

With Pre-Charged Pneumatic Air Rifles, you will enjoy multi-shot power and extreme accuracy during your hunt or target practice!
